Abraham and Pennsylvania: A Bicentennial Coloring Book

Jared Frederick, a student at Penn State University, has written and illustrated a coloring book discussing Abraham Lincoln and his experiences in our great state of Pennsylvania.He is actively involved with the Blair County Historical Society and served his student internship at Gettysburg National Military Park. Frederick is the author/illustrator of a number of books, including Civil War Leaders and Historic Pennsylvania. 

Abraham and Pennsylvania includes full page pictures accompanied by biographies and histories of events important to both Lincoln and Pennsylvania including little known events like the Governor's Conference at Altoona and the meeting of Lincoln and Nicholas Biddle along with information on the Gettysburg Address and The Raid at Chambersburg.
